Description
After finishing this painting and showing it to several people, I received a different reaction from each. Some see a great deal within the painting and others see only the representation of "stained glass" or "painted mosaic" or even "inlaid stones". I was thrilled.

Dividing the plane with intersecting curves and coloring the divisions, is a fundamental abstract method. I would explore this direction further, likely by shading the divisions different colors and arrangements. Cubism is based exactly on this, except it's more about straight line divisions. So I think this direction has a lot to offer, like cubism. Just my 50 cents...
